On Site Drug Testing
S.A.M.O., LLC offers a wide variety of on-site drug testing options that offer employers a low cost, convenient, and safe way to test employees for illicit drug use, all with extremely reliable results.

Employee Drug Testing
S.A.M.O., LLC will assist your company in the selection and collection of all types of drug testing and we report the results back to you within 24-48 hours through a secure email address or a secure fax line.

Random Employee Drug Testing
S.A.M.O., LLC will randomly select (using industry accepted random selection process) the employees for drug testing. There is no additional charge (other than the actual cost of the test) for this service.

Post-Accident Testing
The testing of an employee who is involved in an on-the-job accident (vehicle or otherwise) which may have involved human error which causes a fatality, a serious injury, or significant property damage.

Implementation of Drug Free Workplace Program
S.A.M.O., LLC will develop a policy and detailed procedures for your company. They will be written to meet the needs of your company, and in accordance with Federal and State regulations. Each policy document will include step-by-step consequences of a "positive" drug test result.

Laboratory Based Drug Testing
S.A.M.O., LLC submits urine specimens to Advanced Toxicology Network laboratory for testing. However, if you have another preferred laboratory, we will still complete the collection process and submit the specimen to that laboratory. Specimens are initially tested using the enzyme immunoassay (EIA) screening technique. This objective method is both computerized and automated to ensure reliable results and industry-leading turnaround times.

Employee Alcohol Testing
S.A.M.O., LLC can assist you in implementing an employee alcohol testing program, and ensure that you have the right tools at your disposal to provide your employees with a drug and alcohol free workplace. All of our technicians are certified Breath Alcohol Technicians (BAT) and use the RBT IV by Intoximeters.

Medical Review Officer (MRO)
S.A.M.O., LLC has a Medical Review Officer on staff. The role of the MRO is to review and interpret lab results obtained through our company's testing program. The Medical Review Officer is an essential element of drug testing is a mechanism for a medical review of the results.
